Barbra Streisand is showing some love for Ariana Grande.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, Dec. 3, Streisand shared a sweet throwback picture with Grande and sang her praises in the caption.

"Ariana is a young woman with an amazing talent. She has a beautiful voice like no one else, and so much more," Streisand, 83, wrote."She can act, she can dance, she can be funny! She’s also sweet, kind and thoughtful," she continued. "I’m very proud of you Ariana and thanks for singing with me on my album… Big hug, Barbra."

"P.S. you were wonderful on Saturday Night Live and looked so pretty @arianagrande!," the "Evergreen" songstresses added, citing her recent appearance on the hit NBC show.

The Instagram post comes months after Grande was confirmed to star in the upcoming Focker In-Law, which is the fourth installment of the Meet the Parents franchise. Streisand joined the franchise for the sequel, Meet the Fockers, in 2004.

During an appearance on Today in June, co star Ben Stiller said that while he couldn't share many of the details yet, Grande is "so great with comedy."

"She’s going to be really, really funny and kind of the whole engine of the new movie," he said.

Meanwhile, Streisand released her latest album, The Secret of Life: Partners, Volume 2, in June. The album featured a series of star-studded collaborations, including Grande, who lent her vocals on "One Heart, One Voice." The song also features Mariah Carey.

That same month, Streisand appeared on Variety's Just for Variety podcast and was asked if there was any potential for her to reprise her role for Focker In-Law.

"Oh my God. They’d have to pay me a lot of money because I didn’t get paid what the other people got paid and so I’m pissed off," she said.

"I was in the time when women were getting paid less than the men," Streisand added. "The head of Universal was Ron Meyer at the time, and he actually sent me a bonus check. It was very sweet."
