Sister, Sister star Jackee Harry shut down rumors of a reboot after AI-generated images of herself, alongside former castmates Tia Mowry, Tamera Mowry and Tim Reid, went viral.

"Okay, hear me out… šŸ˜„šŸ’…šŸ¾ Y’all know these AI pictures are FAKE, right? RIGHT?!" Harry shared via Instagram on Sunday, December 21. "I love that you love our little show. But c’mon. That doesn’t even look like me! WHO IS SHE? And WHO are those boys?? Tia & Tamera’s kids?? Since WHEN?!"

She continued, "I’m not anti-AI, either. A little here and there can be cute. It’s great for thought exercises, mockups, dreaming things up… But when it comes to bringing characters back to life…Baby, that’s a job for the professionals. Real humans with real ideas."

The hit sitcom ran from 1994 to 1995 as part of ABC's TGIF, before finding a new home at WB until 1999.

Tia Landry and Tamera Campbell are twin sisters separated at birth. Harry plays Lisa Landry, the adoptive mother of Tia, while Reid plays Ray Campbell, Tamera's adopted dad. The teenage girls find each other by chance at a shopping mall in Detroit. The parents move in together in an effort to let the girls grow up together. Fans of the hit series have been begging for a reboot for years.

While Harry doesn't entirely shut down the idea, she added, "And if they ever decide to bring back Sister, Sister maybe they won’t have me out here looking like somebody’s auntie from an entirely different show."

Adding fuel to the reboot fire, Tamera commented, "Would love to do this show right???"

"RIGHT! Oh how we tried. We’d have a ball!" Harry responded.
